About the Event
Our faith family at Oak Grove wants to celebrate families and God's grace to them. If you are a member or call OG your home, and you have children ranging from newborn to five years, (who have not already participated in a dedication service) we would love you to be a part. You will receive more instructions after you register. Parents, please fill out the information on the registratoin page. Please fill out ONE FORM PER CHILD being dedicated.
